Brian - Founder & PRoject Manager
Brian is the heart and soul of the business! He is responsible for setting the company’s vision and making sure that it is unique and attractive to potential consumers. He focuses on creating value for our customers and making sure that the company is constantly evolving and changing with the times. He has assembled a successful team of employees, sub-contractors, and vendors that are invested in the company’s success. Our team runs the business while he is responsible for leading the team. Brian possesses strong business acumen, commercial awareness, creativity, problem-solving orientation, networking savvy, and strategic & visionary thinking. Brian is focused, hard-working, and full of relentless grit and perseverance! As a Project Manager, you’ll still find him visiting job sites connecting with his people and customers managing the overall care, experience, and spirit of the business.
Brian enjoys taking summer road trips to Maine, day trips to Cape May in the off-season, and short stays in the farmlands of Lancaster County with his family. He gets excited to go on excursions to find great restaurants and food with his wife Ady, playing basketball and watching NBA games with his son Braden, watching his younger son, Bryce, the LEGO wizard, build new and creative structures, going to the gym with his daughter Adriana so they can grab a couple of smoothies afterwards, and finding new places to eat in Chinatown or talking marketing with his daughter Kayla.
Steve - Director Of Design & Construction
Steve oversees the planning and execution of design and construction for projects. This includes design, structural components, adhering to local and state codes, estimating, procurement, partnering with project managers, and working with customers, engineers, and interior designers.
Growing up with a father who was a talented carpenter and designer, he was always around the trades. Whether it was helping him install cabinets after school, watching him draft blueprints by hand, or picking up materials at the lumber yard, Steve had the trades ingrained in his mind from an early age. Since his teenage years, he has worked in various trades to learn as many aspects of home remodeling as possible. Along the way, he found a great interest in finish carpentry, innovative building techniques, and design. After moving into the role of a working foreman for a few years, he transitioned into his current role at Blue Tree Builders as Director of Design and Construction. Steve thoroughly enjoys finding creative ways to give customers the space and home they dreamed of while utilizing modern technology to help visualize each and every concept.
Ady - Director of Culture
Ady leads people development and HR processes, shepherds company culture, and oversees customer experience and brand development & design.
Ady has a Human Resources background and her experience includes several HR roles with Wegmans Food Markets, the role of Senior Director of HR with STARR Restaurants, and Vice President of HR with SSP America. Now on the other side of a traditional corporate career, Ady spends her time doing many of the things she loves, like reading, writing, running, getting more quality time with her kids, supporting Brian in their family business, serving in volunteer leadership roles within the church she attends, and taking road trips with her family. Someday she hopes to write a book and while unsure of its timing, she is enjoying her journey until then!
Kayla - Digital Marketing Coordinator
Kayla is responsible for creating and maintaining online marketing strategies aimed at promoting the brand and generating interest in our products and services. She grows the company’s online presence through its website, social media accounts, active fans, and promoters of the company.
Kayla is currently a college student pursuing a degree in Marketing Communications at Emerson College in Boston. She is a photographer with an excellent eye for detail and is often told that her photography illustrates her expertise for knowing exactly where to take a shot. She loves spontaneity, vintage everything, eccentric eateries, city living, and "genreless" music. She enjoys exploring new places, cooking, and photographing unique buildings and architecture. She navigates social media quite nimbly. Kayla is an asset to the Blue Tree Builders team as the company continues to evolve and she ensures that our digital presence stays fresh.
